The Japanese word reiki means universal energy.
It aims to relax you, ease stress and tension and help with well being.
Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive energy healing technique that works to restore balance within the body and mind. Using light touch or hands held just above the body, it supports the flow of energy, helping to release blockages, reduce stress, and promote a deep sense of relaxation and wellbeing.
1 hours reiki is the equivalent to 8 hours sleep.
